Friday Hot Tip: What's the best thing you bought in the last six months?

This makes me super basic, but I will embrace it: the best thing I bought in the past six months is Crocs.

My fourteen-year old BEGGED for a pair over the summer… So she could be cool and wear them with socks (inexplicable). For fun, I tried on a pair and found a slice of podiatric heaven…

I had only ever bought knockoff crocs from the hardware store for my gardening needs… I didn’t know real ones were squishy inside and surprisingly comfy! Like the ancient sea crone that I am, I am plagued by an exceedingly unglamorous foot problem, and in my advanced years have come to seek out shoes with a (sigh) “wide toe box” and “plenty of support.”
